"Over the past few months at Ultimo, I've witnessed how our AI-augmented EAM platform is solving the perfect storm our customers face - aging infrastructure, critical skills gaps, and mounting operational pressure,” explains Philip Neal. “As CRO, I'm focused on scaling our digital worker solutions globally, from our deployed digital HSE Manager to our upcoming digital Planner and Reliability Engineer. We're moving beyond traditional systems of record to become a true system of action, empowering the asset heroes who keep airports, hospitals, and manufacturing plants running. Whether it's 25 percent efficiency gains for maintenance planners or 30 percent downtime reductions, we're proving that human expertise augmented by intelligent automation delivers measurable results today.”
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Neal brings extensive expertise spanning energy and utilities, automotive, aerospace and defense, and manufacturing, with previous leadership roles at Salesforce and Verizon Enterprise Solutions. His customer-first approach and technical acumen have consistently driven measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation.
"Philip's promotion recognizes both his exceptional performance and his strategic vision for how we win in the AI era,” adds Steven Elsham, CEO at Ultimo. “We've made a bold pivot - committing half our development resources to building digital workers for maintenance operations - and Philip is the ideal leader to scale this transformation globally. His deep industry expertise and customer-first approach is exactly what we need as we define a new category where humans and agents collaborate seamlessly to solve existential challenges like knowledge transfer and skills shortages."
Ultimo's EAM platform is trusted by 2,500+ customers worldwide across sectors including manufacturing, energy, logistics, and healthcare. The company supports over 145,000 technicians who manage more than 22 million assets globally.
