Ultimo is proudly an EAM-first platform. That means we don’t try to be a jack-of-all-trades. Instead, we focus on doing asset management exceptionally well. That only works when we integrate seamlessly with other tools like ERP, GIS, or APM. This makes technology partnerships essential to deliver complete value to our customers.
Rebuilding the foundation
Over the past year, we’ve rebuilt the foundation through a strong collaboration between Product Management and the Partner team, which you could also read in the recent blog post from my colleague Kiri Christensen.
Together, we have:
✅ Relaunched the Technology Partner Program
✅ Designed a hands-on certification program for integrations
✅ Created a structured way of working with partners: from value definition to technical validation
We guide our partners through a clear four-phase journey to get certified:
Design, Build, Test, and Certify. Together, we define joint value, identify real customer use cases, and help develop high-quality integrations using our APIs. Every solution is functionally and technically validated before it is certified. Certification is valid for a year, after which partners can renew through a recertification. The first two integrations are certified, and currently, four integrations are in the process of becoming certified.
The certified integrations will soon be launched on our renewed Ultimo Marketplace, which will be unveiled at Nexus, Ultimo’s partner event taking place from October 13-15th in Vienna.
