The integration helps organizations to supports key business processes, including master data synchronization and procurement workflows, helping organizations connect their SAP and Ultimo environments more effectively.
Vincent Ligt, Product Manager at Ultimo shared: “The integration of SAP S4/HANA Cloud and the AI-augmented Ultimo EAM streamlines procurement by synchronizing data within the ordering process, eliminating delays and unnecessary administrative work. Maintenance specialists can continue working within the familiar Ultimo interface, while Finance and Procurement can work within SAP. This avoids switching between multiple systems. This certification confirms that our integration continues to meet SAP's standards for quality, reliability, and interoperability, providing customers with a trusted connection between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Ultimo.”
Increase efficiency and improve data quality
The integration contains the following features and processes:
The integration enables seamless data exchange between S4/HANA Cloud and Ultimo EAM, aligning financial, operational, and asset management processes;
Purchase requisitions created in Ultimo are approved and converted into orders in SAP, then shared back for goods receipt registration. Payments are processed in SAP, and status updates are sent to Ultimo, ensuring full process alignment. This streamlines procurement processes.
Synchronize suppliers, inventory items, vendors, and cost centers across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Ultimo. This certified integration ensures consistent master data, reducing duplication and improving data quality.
Multiple Ultimo customers already benefit from this integration with SAP. Examples include Migros Zurich and Total Ertvelde.
Ultimo recently announced the availability of its solution at the SAP Store.
