Automatically display time correctly
Think of reporting and processing jobs for another time zone, for example. Users authorized to open multiple sites with different time zones can choose according to which time zone they want to view the data. This means that when a report has been submitted at 11 A.M. in the Dutch time zone, a user logged on with the UK time zone will see it as having been submitted at 10 A.M.
