In the Selfservice menu, a user can report a problem through the available processing templates. The example below shows different types of reports. The reports that are visible depend on the Ultimo modules you use. It is also possible to make different or new processing templates available.

If a report had been submitted before, the status of that report can also be viewed in the overview ‘My reports’. In some cases, additional clarification from the reporter is required, and these responses can also be recorded in Ultimo GO. Lastly, it is possible to submit an assessment when a report has been processed.
