As the saying goes, “it takes a village” to achieve…just about anything. This includes providing consistent, superior services to our growing base of customers. In other words, we need a global village of channel partners too.  For IFS Ultimo, a strong partner ecosystem means more resources, more expertise, and ultimately, more satisfied customers. 

That’s why we’re so excited to share that we have added a key member to our growing partner village: this month, James Mansfield joins us as our Global Channel Sales Director. James has worked in the IT SaaS industry for 25 years and has spent more than 15 years designing, building and optimizing channel partnerships. He brings an extensive amount of partner experience to the role, having previously worked at multinational software companies including Siemens and The Access Group. James will head up the management and development of partnerships across the extended ecosystem, bringing all partners closer together under one global partner program.

James has been impressed by the IFS Ultimo partner ecosystem. He joins a team of skilled EAM professionals and technology businesses, who offer deep domain experience and professionalism to their customers. His primary focus will be to build on that expertise and create a world-class partner ecosystem – one that provides unrivaled end-to-end value to the companies and markets it serves.  

We would also like to send a note of Thanks to Freddy Vos, our VP International Sales, who has supported the growth of the channel ecosystem to-date. Going forward, Freddy will focus on IFS Ultimo’s international growth in the Nordic region and for global strategic accounts.  Now, with a dedicated leader for channel sales, we are enriching our commitment to positioning our partners for success.
