IFS Ultimo is proud of its rich in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, with over 35 years delivering easy-to-use, flexible asset management solutions for maintenance, safety and operations pros.

Over the years we have grown into an organization that supports 100,000 technicians who manage 15 million assets worldwide.

And today, our customer retention rate is an astounding 98%.

This doesn’t happen without a die-hard commitment to customer satisfaction and a drive for supporting the success of each of our customers in their unique journeys.

We know the ability to retain our amazing customers while we grow depends on our ability to put in place our own outstanding talent. It’s imperative that we recruit people able to uphold the commitment to our customers.

That’s why we are thrilled to introduce two dynamic, visionary, customer-centered talents to our team, who bring with them a combined 40+ years of experience delighting customers: Candi Robison and Wayne Glenn.

Their appointments underscore our commitment to excellence and our focus on supporting customers internationally.

Candi Robison: a passion for the people that manage the assets that run our world

Candi joins the IFS Ultimo team to lead Sales for our Americas region.

With over two decades of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) community, Candi’s tenure includes nearly 15 years in senior roles at Maximo, and most recently at Cohesive, a digital engineering systems integrator and consultancy in the EAM, APM space.

Candi’s approach involves closely engaging with clients to understand their asset management journey and where they most need innovative support, a focus which has been instrumental in her success. Through this work, she has developed a deep appreciation for the people that manage the tangible assets that are integral to our daily lives.

Candi is also an advocate for sustainability, emphasizing the need for environmentally conscious asset management, maintenance reliability and programs that focus on reducing waste.

In joining IFS Ultimo, she sees an established organization that is well-positioned to take on the radical market change happening in EAM.

For aspiring sales leaders, Candi offers sage advice: find your ‘why’—the reason that drives your desire to grow. Align with an organization that reflects your ambitions and supports your values. She also emphasizes the importance of curiosity, and to never stop learning.

Wayne Glenn: belief in a fantastic product for a world class customer base

Wayne Glenn steps into the role of Vice President of EMEA & APAC Sales at a time when IFS Ultimo is poised for hyper growth.
