This month, we have reached the amount of 100 certified IFS Ultimo partner consultants. We reached out to Jean-Marc Duvezin from Inoteam, who is our 100th certified consultant as a partner, and asked him a few questions :
What is your job role at Inoteam?
“I joined Inoteam last August as a functional consultant Enterprise Asset Management. I have a background in Chemical Engineering and I have 30 years of experience in this industry. During my career, I had both jobs with a technical as with a commercial angle.
For example, I worked in Vietnam as a Factory manager in the automotive industry for 3 years. There I had a lot of direct involvement with Asset management. I am also used to work with an IIOT platform for data analysis and rapid decision making.”
What do you enjoy the most in your daily work?
“As I recently started at Inoteam, I’m still doing a lot of training to practice myself the software of IFS Ultimo and be ready to analyze customer needs and provide the most adequate solutions.
There will be no routine in my job as you have to craft a solution for each individual customer, so this is what I will enjoy the most.”
What was your first impression of the IFS Ultimo EAM software?
“I like the ergonomy of the system. It is very user-friendly while also being a very complete solution. That is a very strong and unique combination of features.”
How did you experience the certification program of IFS Ultimo?
“Because of my years of experience, I have been involved in different training programs in my life. I can honestly say the IFS Ultimo certification program is one of the best, being very interactive and well-explained with all kinds of visual support, videos, and other tools.
I have also enjoyed dealing with the final case in the certification program, which was challenging but nice. Now that I have achieved the certification, I will certainly continue with the next level (premium) to support our customers on a broader and higher level in the future as well.”
