2. Mobile solutions
2.1 General
Ultimo offers mobile solutions that allow users to access their Ultimo environment from anywhere.
Depending on the need, this can be done via:
Ultimo Go – the web application that can be accessed via a mobile browser.
Ultimo Go+ – the native app for iOS and Android.
Both versions are designed for use in the field, allowing users to perform tasks, record notifications, and access information, including offline (in the case of the Go+ app).
The mobile solutions use a secure connection to the Ultimo Cloud environment.
2.2 Ultimo Go and Go+ – System Requirements
Supported Operating Systems
iOS/iPadOS: 15.0 or higher
Android: 8.0 or higher
Using the latest OS version is strongly recommended for stability and security.
Recommended hardware
At least 3 GB of RAM
Camera - for photos and barcode scans
GPS and network connection - for location and synchronization
NFC support (optional)
Minimum 500 MB of free storage space
Stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
Access rights
The app requests access to:

Important
Ultimo Go and Go+ have been developed for standard smartphones and tablets. Use on smartwatches or other specialized devices is not supported. Devices that meet the above system requirements generally function correctly. Customers can contact Ultimo Support for advice or possible validation of a new device if they have specific hardware needs. The costs for any validation and test hardware may be charged.
2.3 Bugs
Bugs on supported devices are handled according to Ultimo's standard support policy. Bug reports on other devices are tested on a supported device. Only when the problem is reproducible there, the bug is accepted and addressed according to the standard support policy.
3. Barcode scanner
Ultimo offers a barcode app which is suitable for a mobile device with a hardware barcode scanner.
