Open Catalogue Interface (OCI)
With an Open Catalogue Interface (OCI) you can open a supplier’s external webshop from Ultimo. Simply fill you shopping cart and import the order information into Ultimo. You can then continue with the order process or order request process in the system.
Stock per Warehouse
Do you use multiple warehouses? With the add-on Stock per Warehouse you determine the order point, the maximum stock and the reserved number of articles on the basis of an article/warehouse combination. This optional add-on allows you to order articles per warehouse in an organised manner
Stock Management Methods
How do you manage your stocks? With this add-on you can apply the stock management methods FIFO (First in First Out), LIFO (Last in First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out). It is possible to set a stock management method per article or per article group.
The Ultimo Webshop gives you more control of the order process and helps you deliver your products efficiently. How do you realise this? Users can use the Ultimo Webshop to request articles themselves. And after a request is approved, handy pick lists make sure the articles are delivered at the right time at the right location. With this add-on you support the complete process from request to invoicing.
