Importance of a management system
This where the sales, development, implementation and support of the Ultimo EAM software products are key. These activities ensure the continuity of our organisation. Therefore, we find it incredibly important that these continue in the best possibl way, even when all Ultimo employees are working from home.
Not only their intrinsic motivation to continue their activities to the best of their abilities has been undiminished, but the management systems for quality control and information security have remained operational. They help our organisation with spotting and anticipating risks and opportunities.
Audit
To test the management systems, Ultimo has an annual external audit performed by DNV-GL. This year the audit was performed fully remote , and the auditor has gone through all aspects of the integrated management systems over the course of three days.
The auditor was happy with the way the management system has continued to perform in Ultimo. In part we owe this to the high level of commitment from the auditees, the resilience in turbulent times and the transparency in objectives, policy and processes.
The management systems more than met the standard, meaning that all three certificates have been renewed. Ultimo would like to thank DNV-GL for their critical eye, the committed auditees for their efforts and all Ultimo employees who strive to lift the organisation to an ever higher level every day.
