Opportunity to increase your service level

By entering the name of a website or scanning a QR code they will open a web page where they can enter the report. The object and/or room code can also be filled in by scanning the QR code. Name and contact information can be completed and a picture of the situation can be linked. The report is then created as a work order in Ultimo, after which your normal process is continued. This is an option to submit reports and thus increase your service level and/or customer experience.
