Your job

Our Inside Sales are an important link between our company and our (future) clients. As a fully-fledged interlocutor, you know how build the foundation for new sales and / or expanding and managing existing relationships.

Below a selection of the dynamic range of tasks:

  • (Cold) acquisition by actively approaching (potential) customers and relations;
  • Commercial management and maintenance of the relations and customers who are assigned to you;
  • Devising and executing relevant direct marketing activities;
  • Preparation and elaborating offers and proposals;
  • Supporting field sales colleagues in larger sales processes;
  • Giving remote demonstrations of our software.

Your team and department

To have a properly understanding of the market and serve our customers and relations efficiently, our sales department is divided into specialist teams like; Manufacturing, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Utilities and Logistics. In the position of Inside Sales you have an important supporting role in all these sales specialties.

Inside Sales Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent level by experience;
  • Enthusiastic with a passion for sales;
  • Service and customer oriented attitude;
  • Driven, curious and ambition to improve continuously;
  • Good communication and administrative skills;
  • Good command of the English language in speaking and writing;
  • Knowledge of the French language is a preference;
  • Affinity with IT / ICT is a preference.
