    After purchasing your Ultimo application, you want to assure the management and support of it. In other words, you want to enjoy the advantages of the software for a long time. Depending on the fact whether you rent the software or purchased it, we draw up a maintenance contract together with you.

    Agreements in the maintenance contract:


    • Agreements with regard to the use of the help desk
    • Agreements with regard to the software updates
    • Agreements with regard to the documentation (updates)

    In order to improve the ease and efficiency of our support services, we also make use of a Customer Portal. Through this Customer Portal it is possible to report your cases and to follow up their statuses. Various other relevant functions are also available.
